After five years working as a model and event planner for Mavis Neal Productions, Juanita founded Ellegant Affairs by Juanita, Inc. in 1995 age the age of twenty-one (21) when she was looking for career where she could work closely with her clients, make an impact in their lives, feel relatively quickly the sense of accomplishment when all your hard work has come together and be able to step back and raise a family when she felt the time was right.

Juanita has brought her considerable talents to product launches, nonprofit gala events, fashion shows, corporate events and high-end social events, such as weddings, birthdays and bar mitzvahs. To each event she produces, Juanita brings her own unique sense of style, and her knowledge of the latest industry trends, plus a great team of youthful and dynamic employees to make her clients’ dreams a reality.

She is a certified wedding planner that holds an Associate’s degree in Business Administration from Eastern Nazarene College and is currently working on a Bachelors degree in Global Business Management from the University of Phoenix.

She is currently working on her first book and working to expand her company globally. She credits her business success to her sensitivity to her client’s needs and her desire to make every event an unforgettable experience.

Tracey Massey is a woman who knows what it means to “…press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.” –Philippians 3:14

The journey that God has chosen for Tracey has been full of tragedy and triumph. Through her struggles with grief, identity, self-worth and so much more, Tracey has learned that quitting is not an option. Under the teaching of Pastor Michael A. Stevens (University City Church, Charlotte, NC), Tracey has learned how to effectively apply the Word of God to her life.

Tracey is currently a student at Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA working towards her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a concentration in Christian Counseling. Because God has given her a gift of encouragement, a passion for renewing the mind, and a burden to see God’s people live an abundant and victorious life, Tracey will continue her studies to become a licensed Psychologist. By the grace of God, Tracey recently became a Certified Life Breakthrough Coach under the training of ASPIRED Woman, partner of Life Breakthrough Academy.

Tracey is a member of the Biblical Coaching Alliance, American Psychology Association, American Association of Christian Counselors, and Association for Psychological Science.

Tracey is the founder and visionary of My EmPOWERed Life, LLC providing Biblically based Life Coaching services for men, women, and teens that are going through transition, dealing with self-esteem issues, desire to find life balance, and desire to reach goals.


Angela Pride is a Certified Life Coach and founder of Coach with Pride, specializing  in Leadership, Training, and Development. She coaches her clients in: Communication, Time Management, and Stress Management. She provides tools to help her clients become great leaders and to better enhance their skills in being effective and productive relational leaders.

Angela is a natural-born leader. Through her experiences and those of other great leaders, she has learned there are many trials in mastering the art of leadership. Because of this, Angela reaches out to help other leaders become stronger and more balanced in leadership. She is passionate about raising the bar on Leadership one leader at a time.

Angela was raised in a small town in Alabama, from there she move to the big city of Atlanta, Georgia. She now resides in the Upstate of South Carolina with her husband and four children.

Angela has obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from the University of South Carolina and her Coaching Certification from Coach Training Alliance.

Angela also serves as Deaconess at Kingdom Assembly Outreach Center under the Great leadership of Bishop Getties L. Jackson Sr. and First Lady Elder Anita Jackson. She is also currently the Director of the Youth Mentoring Ministry.


Roxanne R. Robinson is a Certified Professional Women’s Coach and founder of Stepin2YourDestiny. She teaches women how to break from the bondage of Fear and Walk in Victory. She provides practical solutions to women in transition in their personal lives and professional careers. Roxanne helps women define their business and personal goals by focusing on their strengths and creates a blueprint for inner-healing.

Roxanne understands the challenges that women face and knows the personal transformation process intimately because she has lived it. Born in Easton, Pa. Roxanne started her journey by mentoring teen age girls and becoming a youth leader under the leadership of her father, Rev. Carl V. Brown, Sr. of Grace Baptist Church, Phillipsburg, NJ. She received her certification as an Evangelist through Bethany Bible College. Roxanne is currently a Minister in Training at the Greater Shiloh Church of Easton, Pa under the leadership of Pastor Phillip Davis and Lady Kristina Davis where she serves in the Evangelism/Outreach Ministry and serves on the Women’s Council.

Roxanne is driven by her passion to encourage women to break free from their shattered past and live victoriously. Roxanne has developed several curriculums for teen age girls and women.

Roxanne believes in giving back to her community. The Queen Esther Empower Center is a purposeful path that is aligned with her desire to reach out and give back to those less fortunate. Roxanne’s innovative approach to empowerment provides a platform in which women of all ages can relate to in a practical way.

Roxanne’s true love for God is evident in her mission to empower and reach the next generation woman. Roxanne believes that your decisions and thoughts of yourself are the keys to unlock Your Destiny.
